Woman loses legal battle over roof painted 'disturbing' shade of red
A Queensland woman has lost a legal battle over her controversial roof color, which she painted in March 2023. The Fernbrook body corporate, which oversees the Fernbrook townhouse complex, ordered Maria Gourley to repaint her roof "Nutech coral" instead of the "heritage red" color she had painted.
