Chef Brent Savage and sommelier Nick Hildebrandt have accumulated 99 Good Food Guide hats over their 20-year partnership operating Sydney's Bentley Group restaurants. The pair, who lunch together daily and have shared approximately 4000 sandwiches, currently operate four venues including fine-dining Bentley Restaurant and Bar, which closes August 29. Their independently-owned hospitality group now employs around 200 people.
