Somali pirates hijacked the MT Astana tanker in the Gulf of Aden off Yemen on Friday, the second vessel seized in three months. Seven gunmen from the Puntland port town of Garacad boarded the Tanzanian-flagged ship 65 nautical miles from shore as it headed to Bosaso.
