Scott Dureau, Super League star, dies aged 39 from brain cancer

Former Newcastle Knights and Catalan Dragons halfback Scott Dureau has died aged 39 after battling brain cancer for several years. The Super League star played 97 games for the Dragons and was named in the competition's Dream Team in 2011 and 2012. Dureau won the Albert Goldthorpe Medal in 2012, equivalent to rugby league's top individual award.
