Mother-of-two in induced coma after Lakemba crash in Sydney’s southwest

A mother-of-two remains in an induced coma after a white Toyota Tarago struck her while crossing The Boulevarde in Lakemba, southwest Sydney, on Tuesday. Nurhayati Pamungkas was heading to pick up her children from school when the vehicle hit her and another pedestrian, sending both flying. An 82-year-old driver was taken to hospital for assessment.
