Eastern Goldfields Hockey Association's J7-9 girls' team lost 1-0 to Melville in the division two final at the Fuel To Go junior championships in Perth on Wednesday. They previously achieved four victories against Busselton, Geraldton, Eastern Districts, and Avon. The EGHA also saw competitive performances from their J7-9 boys' team, who beat UWA and drew with Busselton.
