From the ashes, Sydney’s Henderson Hat factory is rising again
Sydney's Henderson Hat factory, destroyed by fire in 2021, is being rebuilt as an 11-storey boutique hotel after three years of planning. Architects Nazia Kachwalla and Tim Greer salvaged charred wooden beams and bricks from the 1912 heritage site to incorporate into new construction.
