Eddie Murphy to lead Shrek spin-off animation Donkey!
Eddie Murphy will voice Donkey in a standalone film titled Donkey!, set for release in 2028. The animated feature will explore the origins of the beloved character from the Shrek series. This announcement follows the planned Shrek 5, which will see the original cast return in summer 2027.
