Bluey Episodes Debut in Indigenous Yolŋu Matha Language During NAIDOC Week

Five episodes of children's cartoon Bluey were translated into Yolŋu Matha language and voiced by local community members, premiering during NAIDOC Week. Garma Festival screened the episodes Friday night on Gumatj Country in northeast Arnhem Land, with Bluey in attendance. The partnership between Yolŋu Radio, ARDS, and Ludo Studio celebrates Indigenous language and culture for Australian families.
