AR Constructions faces record $1.75 million fine for worker's death
AR Constructions was fined a record $1.75 million on Monday for health and safety failures that led to the death of rigger Adrian Farina Pacheco in Perth in July 2024. The company, now in liquidation, was found guilty after a defective lifting device caused the fatal incident at a construction site in Malaga.
