'Anti-ICE' Army veteran set fire outside Manhattan federal building, say officials

A former U.S. Army soldier was arrested Monday after setting fire outside Manhattan's federal building housing ICE and immigration offices. Andrew Arrabaca, 43, fired a pellet gun, ignited fireworks and poured accelerant on the building stairs while armed with axes, knives and a machete. Three people sustained minor injuries; federal agents tackled the suspect as he made anti-government statements.
