Sagrada Familia completes Torre de Jesus, inches closer to final completion
Barcelona’s Sagrada Familia reached a new milestone with the completion of the 163-metre Torre de Jesus, inaugurated by Pope Leo XIV on June 10. The basilica, which has been under construction since 1882, combines Gothic and natural forms, drawing millions of visitors. The project, led by architect Jordi Fauli, still requires a decade to finish the elaborate Glory Facade.
