South Melbourne gym hit by second arson attack in 24 hours
A boxing gym in South Melbourne suffered a second arson attack within 24 hours, completely gutting the facility. Emergency services responded to the blaze shortly after 3am on Wednesday, with 33 firefighters taking almost 40 minutes to contain it. The gym, owned by boxer Ray Dimachki, is hopeful to reopen within the week despite significant damage.
