Father rehearsed murder-suicide over several days, police believe
A 47-year-old Sydney father drowned his six-year-old daughter in the Parramatta River before taking his own life on Saturday, after allegedly planning the murder-suicide for days. Investigators believe he hired a boat multiple times to prepare for the act. Both bodies were recovered following a police search and a call from a concerned friend.
